Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DipEdge collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information while providing strategy monitoring, rule alerts, order records, subscriptions, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, sign-in identifiers, and authentication data used for account creation, login, and security checks.
- Strategy and configuration data: total principal, tier parameters, asset preferences, threshold settings, alert toggles, and related inputs used to build your rule view.
- Record and log data: manually entered buys, sells, principal recovery records, profit-position records, plus alert delivery logs, page activity, device environment, and other runtime logs.
- Billing and subscription data: subscription status, billing cycle, payment results, and necessary transaction identifiers. Full card details are handled by third-party processors and are not stored directly by us.

Unless stated otherwise, your personal data is not sold to third parties or shared openly.
3. Storage and Security
- Data may be stored in cloud environments supported by Supabase and other infrastructure providers, including the EU, the United States, or other compliant jurisdictions.
- Data transmission uses TLS encryption, and access is governed by least-privilege controls.

- After you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize relevant personal data within a reasonable period, except where laws, settlement audits, dispute handling, or security retention require otherwise.
- Anonymized statistics may continue to be used for product analysis, stability review, and strategy research.
